The musical bomb dropped by Beyoncé is making its impact. Her newly released self-titled album is set to debut No. 1 on Billboard‘s album charts next week. Released on Friday exclusively through iTunes, the project has now sold over 430,000 copies in just one day. With two more days remaining in the sales week, Queen Bey’s fifth solo effort could sell over 600,000 units.

The final number will become the biggest debuting album by a female artist since Taylor Swift’s Red LP sold 1.2 million copies opening week in November 2012. Passing 600,000 will make this album Beyoncé’s best debut and biggest sales week ever, surpassing 2006’s B’day album, which sold 541,000 opening week in September 2006.

On the music side of things, Bey’s “The Mrs. Carter World Tour” pulled into Chicago’s United Center on Friday night. During the electric show, she performed the album cut “XO” for the first-time ever. Set to be the second single in early 2014, you can watch the performance below.
