Beyoncé returned to doing what she knows best on Friday night. After giving birth to her first-born child Blue Ivy Carter five months ago, the glowing mother performed at the new $2.4 billion-dollar Revel Resort in Atlantic City. The pop icon delivered a two-hour set of her biggest hits, plus paid tribute to Whitney Houston (“I Will Always Love You”), Donna Summer (“Naugthy Girl”), along with a rendition of Lauryn Hill’s “Ex-Factor.” It was a glamorous evening as B’ showed off a whole new stage setup, and new choreography, backed by a full band and dancers.
The night even left Jay-Z mesmerized as he hit Twitter in awe stating “I’m gonna say this and then I’m gonna end mine.” BEYONCE is the best performer in the world. Period.” It doesn’t stop here as Beyoncé will be performing four more shows spanning this Memorial Day Weekend at the high-priced resort.
