When Joe Budden entered the scene, the media under-estimated his SKILLS! Jay Z needs to retire. Everyone knows he rode Biggie’s coattails to be on top of his game. He also told ‘fictitious tales’ about selling drugs! {I hate ya’ dudes who get the real world and rap confused}. Joe Budden is PURE talent! No street lies, no pretense, just a great narrator with unbelievable lyrical talent. The Cypher proved it! There has not been one rapper who wanted to challenge him, or send a ‘bar’ his way.

Nikki Minaj has a great flow. She uses satire in her flow and lyrics. (ex,’No Smoking Sign’} She is another Chaucer in a modern-day urban Canterbury tale. Please comprehend her style. Don’t over-analyze it!

I have been a fan of Buckshot Shorty for years. I was a little disappointed. I was expecting him to be a little stronger on this Cypher. Still love you though!

It’s actually I’m feeling like (Kan)Ye “you probably won the award…” What award did Jay win that he would be refering to if they recorded the cypher prior to the awards? Again, generic.

Ether yet/You need a major…Ethernet. What major does Jay need? He just bought his own damn album cleary showing he doesn’t need a major!! How does that apply to him at all?

Joe calls himself the best rapper in the world wide web. An ethernet connection connects you to the web. Ether is apart of the Hip Hop lexicon now. I have a rhyme with ether in it too; am I taking shots a Jay?

At this point, anything Joe says will get over-analyzed. Sometimes a dope line is just a dope line. Ultimately, I don’t know what goes through Joes head, but if this was a court of law, that “evidence” would be thrown out as hearsay.

*sigh* Not this shit again. Remy Ma doesn’t freestyle. The only one that freestyled in all of these cyphers was KRS. Freestyling is not required in a cypher. You showcase your talent in a cypher period. If you can freestyle and you’re amazing at it, you do it. If you can’t freestyle and you’re an amazing writer, you do it. It’s as simple as that.
