Beanie Sigel freestyles: “This boy all petty. Type to not feed no workers cuz he grubbed already”
Posted by Miss Info under beef , new music , quotes , relationships and family , sigh.... , videos[91] Comments
Broadway/Thisis50 just posted footage of Beanie Sigel in the studio and transcribed these lines that Sigel spit…again towards Jay-Z.
“You in the hall already/on the wall already./ Youse a work of art/man, this boy all petty./Type to not feed no workers/cuz he grubbed already./Noodles, I had the sauce we coulda made spaghetti./ But i’m a shine on my own/ i’m a star already./Lost the best of both worlds/he coulda called R Kelly.”

He’s starting to look alittle pathetic like a jilted lover who just won’t stop talking about your ex and just won’t stop calling and texting. I hate people like that, and right now I’m starting to hate artist like that as well. Silence is deadly sometimes Beans and right now Jay-Z’s silence is killing him. Jay-Z never cared about you dude and cares even less now so get over it. Beans is in the studio rapping about Jay last night Jay was in London doing sold out shows and getting that money. So who’s really winning the battle hu?

I am big Beanie Sigel fan but let’s be clear this is what jay-z was talking about on “Already Home” very first verse:
These niggas want me to go
Don’t they know that I’m gone
They know I’m space shuttle level
They need oxyg-g-g-gen
Don’t they know that they boring?
Don’t they know that I yawn?
Only time they exciting is when they mentioning Sean
Seen Single White Female when she dyed her hair blonde?
Sometimes I look at these rappers
The movie remind me of them
Somebody turn these boys off
Don’t they know that I’m on
Can’t they see that it’s foolish to try and kill me with songs
What the fuck are they Lauryn
They killing me softly
You talk me to death, only thing you can do to him
I open the door for them, what else can I do
These niggas want me to walk for them
Somebody talk to them
Before I go off on them
When was the last time anyone mention Sigel………huh? Like he said the “Only time they exciting is when they mentioning Sean”
I got all Sigels Albums but this blaming jay for his bad business dealing his some bitch shit and I am disappointed to him trying to use 50 cents fake beefs tactics to try and get attention at the end of the day Sigel you were just an artist jay doesn’t owe you anything….that was your dump ass in and out of jail……..you was bad for business…..nothing personal just business……its funny because that’s the same reason why 50 cut off bang em smurf because he kept getting lock up and bang em smurf was a real friend of 50’s who he grew up with……Sigel was just an artist who jay met around 2000……quit all this crying and dry snitching beans and Bosses don’t visit workers in jail….get it right…don’t talk that gangster shit and only remember the rules when its convenient!

The first moves where cool because it gave a different vantage point on Jay-Z. From a business perspective business is business. But from the angle Beans is coming from he is right….
but at this point beans is going about it wrong and I thought that 50 and Beans are good chess players. Unless he can drop “Ether part 2″ then it’s going to be stupid to talk Jay-Z name.
50 Cent should know that because there have been a bunch of rappers who talked his name and died off because of that. I do feel that if Beanie Sigel is put together properly that he can be one of the best in the game right now because he feels the void that Jay-Z left alone when he went more Kanye West style for Blueprint3
But either way you cut it Jay-Z is going to need to face the music sooner or later. Because someone is going to ask him…

I won’t take the position on whose right or wrong, or even if perhaps he’s talking about Sigel. However its clear this was directed to disgruntled label mates. Who in my opinion have only themselves to blame, cause they all had the choice to leave with Dame.
P.S. I highly doubt HOV will respond, the self proclaimed greatest rapper of all time doesn’t need another loss on his record. The Nas period was bad enough, Sigel very well may destroy him lyrically. (my opinon) But he will always be HOV because he’s 500mil deep so at the end of the day, yes he’s already gone.

Kenny – if the battle is judged by fame & bank accounts, then Jay beats everyone.
But this battle wasn’t started based off of that. It was started over Jay’s lack of character and integrity. Jay loses that.

Then thres other ways to go about that instead of comin’ in swingin’

That would dead te arguement before it started Alluding to the fact that you just wanna be seen, recognized, and or noticed

The only reoccurring theme/fault I think anyone can find in Jay is that he is “non-confrontational”. The man owes no one anything. However if it is true that he had small issues with people whom he called friends and never addressed it in attempts to salvedge the friendship/business relationship then thats pretty foul,(but also a two way street).
If it’s true he didn’t want to let Beanie leave the label only because he didn’t want 50 to snatch him in fear that would threaten his career then that’s pretty foul.
If he stole ideas creatively from Beans to advance himself then thats pretty foul. If he really had Carline call the cops on Beans thats really foul.
Him not taking Beans into custody, was not foul, Beans at the time was dangerously irresponsible which he proved and im sure Jay was too busy with his career (as he should be), to babysit a grown ass man.
Him paying the Young Guns what he did is not foul, yes they had a hot record at the time but if their management was in order they could have performed somewhere else for a better wage or negotiated a better deal. I don’t think Jay even got paid when he was on the road with Big Daddy Kane in the 80’s but he got that co-sign and was grateful.
If all Beans wants is a conversation, then Jay should at least give him that being this is a guy he onced reffered to as my “little Brother”. Jay once shot his older brother who forgave him, this man made a record and said some things. I’m sure he can find the time to swallow his pride make a phone call and settle whatever it is that may be between them, because at the root of it all im sure is some misunderstandings and a little pain.
They are all guilty however of not respecting what they built, there will never be another Roc-A-Fella and for everyone to be so public with how they feel makes people wonder was Roc-A-Fella ever really what it stood for…

It’s pretty damn easy to flip someone’s cadence and words and make it sound “hot” (not that I really think that was).
Dude is on some straight stalker material right now. “I told you i wasn’t gonna stop”. The problem with rap is the interviewer aka “dj’s” won’t ask the tuff questions in interviews. Listen to Whoo Kid giggle the whole time Beanie was on his show, pathetic. Of course I don’t expect Dan Rather to interview Beanie on his problems, but some integrity would be nice!!!

I feel like Beans is gettin caught up in the hype because when he first came with the “Average cat” record, he made it seem like it wasn’t gonna get down to this level becuase at the end of the day Jay was his brother who he still has love for. But now its beginning to seem like Beans is just salty about Jay eatin good and not feeding him, where as initially it was more about how he was stabbed in the back and how when he was at his lowest of lows his boy left him out there. Those are two entirely different issues. The more he speaks, the more Jay’s references to Santa Claus seem true.

JD was dead on point. I am a fan of them both honestly. One part of me as a hip hop fan wants to see this battle happen (which it won’t). The other part of me is looking at the situation like this isn’t just cause for all this diss snitching. Jay is destroying him with his silence. As a person with morales it is killing beans inside. He is hurt obiviously which I can understand. But his hurt is putting in a position where you have to question his intergity. You can’t live both ways. You can’t say “you won’t never dry snitch or diss your mans’ when he is feeding you. Then switch up the rules cause your angry on how he played you.
It one thing about these scorned artist I never will get. If the owner or the person that put you on . Was doing grimey shit to people while you was with them. What makes you think they will never do that to you? Fucking hip hop artist always come with that same ol tone “I got dirt on him that will make you think of him differently” . Ok when you realized he was a grimey ass scum bag why didn’t you just slowly stop fucking with him? What you thought it could never happen to you? Or he told you he got love for you and he will never do that? Fuck outta here that what a pimp tells a hoe when he trying to gain her trust. I figured Jay was a grimey ass piece of shit from way back. When that Jaz-o and sauce money shit happen . And those were the people fucking with him when the industry treated him like garbage. I guess he lost his way on the road to fame…shit is sad honestly.
Im wondering when bleek going to get dropped. Oops I mean wale and J cole they aint gonna pull that money that hova invested in them. Rocnation won’t surivive for long. If it does it will be changing rosters like every 3 years cause of jay shady business ways. Dame was right … what rocafella was back then was amazing. You actually believed there was a family element there. But now it seems like it all business. Too bad I didn’t apperciate until it was gone…SMH!

Fuck that!!! Don’t stop Beans. You got to stay on that nigga jay and expose him for what he really is.. See, in this day and time, what the youngins call “hatin” is what we called “pullin a niggas card”.
Why is it now, that you have to listen to a nigga tell lies and bullshit, then the first time you get tired of it, niggas be like “oh, he hatin’”? So people are entitled to lie and be fraudulent without anybody being able to say anything???
That shit makes absolutely no sense to me. Jay has lied, misled, and stopped this man (beans) from making moves necessary to feed his family, and as soon as he (beanie) gets fed up with it niggas start hittin him with the “hater” status. Ya’ll niggas is lame. Of course people don’t want you to expose their true nature. that’s why we got so many phonies in the game now, cause niggas scared to pull a nigga card when they know he’s lieing.
Fuck that, I’m with Common. “It ain’t hatin. If I don’t like it, I don’t like it”.

Most of ya’ll got it right– there’s nothing Beans (or anyone) can do to dent Jay’s standing now. At worst, he might seem a bit shrewed or cold when it comes to friends and business. But, few listeners are gonna ‘not fuck with him’ for cries of disloyalty or “fraudulent” character. That’s the call of fellow rappers– all of whom clearly want his spot. They can try to “expose” and “pull his card” all they want. But, EVERYONE admires his hustle, skill, and gains– his spot is wedged into hip-hop and music history. There’s nothing 50, Beans, or anyone can do about that. They can dis to steal some of his spotlight in hopes to generate extra buzz. But, the EXCESSIVE ‘piling on’ Jay-Z is looking increasingly pathetic, opportunistic and “bandwagon-ish”, regardless of whatever truth behind the beef. Fyi, 50’s Beanie Sigels are Bang ‘Em Smurf, Buck, and Game– all of whom claim they were shorted fund$ and left hangin’ by Fif.

JZ isn’t dangerous on the mic. He’s talented, but he’s no threat lyrically. His money and status has everybody gassed up. JZ can spit a few bars GOING IN on an NBA Player (shout out to princerudynasim for that point) BUT wont lift a finger towards ACTUAL Rappers/Hip Hop Artist?

A well written article, however in retrospect the writer forgot to articulate Kanye’s rise to stardom under the Rocafella umbrella…outshining Jay for he’s pretty young in his career, given the longevity and time that Jay has put in, i see Kanye surpassing him.
There are alotta holes in this article, cuz 50 doesn’t deserve the credit he’s getting from the writer because of his moves in the past, cuz ultimately i don’t see where his intentions as an artist/boss differs from Jay-Z, look at his situations with Fat Joe, Jadakiss, Game, questionable of his character.
All in all, i see this situation soley on Bean’s shoulders and taking advantage of the opportunity given, he was too comfortable playing the background, and depended only Jay-Z to carry him. All his issues are valid, but wouldn’t be an issue if he was focussed on developing his own brand, not under Rocafella, but seperate (like Good Music), building his own team, a foundation of his own….all Empires fall eventaully….Roman, Chinese, British, only lives now in the history books.

This is so sad. He’s one of the nicest to ever do it, and now he’s looking mighty pathetic. The bad part it everybody knows how this is going to end up…except for him it seems. This will get him nowhere. I wish he wouldve started to come hard on records before he put that The Solution album out. If he wants to know why his career went south (besides all of his skid bids), he should just listen to that album.

Beanie Sigel really needs to grow-up and get that “on da block” mentality off his chest. He’s too old to still act like he just got in the industry, all wet behind the ears. Nothing in life is promised nor guaranteed friends, family, nor money. All respect for Sigel just keeps slipping away every time he opens his mouth and attempts to do a beef record.

I agree with you Harlem Girl Beans needs to grow up already. This crabs in the barrel “on da block” mentality is a thorn in the side of hip hop. Regardless of whether you personally agree with Hov’s choices as a business man, he handles his and doesn’t run from plantation to plantation slinging hood lullabyes crying about being stuck in his “second childhood.” Beans I lose more respect for you every time you open your mouth. You’re turning into Rick Ro$$ with this “bawse” mentality. In the words of a REAL boss, “Do you already”

hmm, that brings up an interesting question…does hip hop require competition? Lots of artforms can exist independent of everything. Painters don’t paint against other painters, and poets don’t write in competition with other poets (usually)….but hip hop has a history of battle. But battle doesnt define hip hop…right?

Competition is great when it elevates the artform, but when it’s used to simply grind an ax about doing nothing and expecting something it sounds like cry babyism. There’s a place for battling in hip hop, but no place for half-steppers complaining because they don’t handle their business and want to sit on a grown man’s lap. That’s when you’ve got to say, “Do you already!”

I think competition is great in the sense that, if an artist puts out a great album, the next release should attempt to top that project within that sub-genre, i.e gangster rap, alternative hip-hop e.t.c.
Just like mercedes vs. bmw, LOL! We all know that they are competing but the finished product is always great. But in hip-hop it’s like they sabotage each other by cutting each others breaks e.t.c and then the albums start to suck.
Even in marketing and promotion there’s an element of competition.
T.I (Paper Trail)
Lil Wayne (Carter III)
Eminem (Relapse)
Jay-Z (Blueprint 3)
Were all presented well to the public in my opinion and all had great music. I think disses/beef when legitimate should be kept on mixtapes, I often wonder how somebody feels when a rapper receives an award for “album of the year” when the album consists of a diss track aimed at them.

princerudynasim, that was a clever use of the sports comparisons. JZ is always stated as comparing himself to Jordan AND Hip Hop as a “competitive sport”.
Although you do have interesting points/questions… This isn’t necessarily a direct reply towards you Info, more of a general response to the subject matter.
Battling is definitely just as much apart of Hip Hop as a turn table and a mic. No one was mad when JZ “suddenly” had beef w/ Nas and Prodigy.
Fast forward to the present and “suddenly” Beans has a beef/problem w/ JZ and people wanna see a battle, and “suddenly” the act of battling is in question.
That’s the part that I’m having trouble w/. Not the actual battle itself, just the Stan’s who say “JZ don’t respond, ur better than that now…” when the last time he actually did go against a “TRIED AND TRUE MC” he got lyrically assassinated.
Now “suddenly” everyone asks, “Why should JZ battle/beef he’s the ‘best’?”
Being the “best” is EXACTLY why you should want to battle, if you’re the best in your particular field right?
Whether you like Beans or JZ or think that Beans and JZ have stupid reasons for beefing or not responding is irrelevant in some ways. At the end of the day, battling should be apart of your resume, ESPECIALLY if you’re running around saying you’re “the greatest of all time”.
If you know your Hip Hop history you know that JZ is in fact NOT the greatest. He may be one of… but not THE. Best “business mogul” in Hip Hop? I can see that being said.

Pac N BIG had a GREAT BATTLE
but it cost them thier lives
The FACT that we loved them for wut they gave us is wut makes them great
Pac spoke about the Poor people comin up in the streets
BIG WUZ EXACTLY the poor people comin up e.g. “Unbelieveable”
The Greatest MCeez
Is a long line goin around the block
Thats from the ORIGINATORS
To the NEW SCHOOLERS
Cuz if KRS-ONE was to start beefin wit any MC right now
Includin Jay-z
Everybody would just have to stand back and Bare witness
and hope they live to talk about it
This battle can only end ugly because its real personal
Thats the shit thats gonna cut deep

It doesn’t define hip hop but its hip hop at its best. Battles and hip hop go hand and hand from MC’s, to DJ’s, now to “dancers”. It’s a test of creativity, skills on spot.

Great points Mr. Wayne.
To me battling is one of the most important part of hip-hop period. Ever since i can remember it was a group of dudes after school spitting against each other they’re best verse to get better and show off they’re skill. Same with the hustlers. As a matter a fact im going as far as to say the real reason hip hop is so bad is because battles/ freestyles basically do not exist anymore! Back in the day almost every single rapper was able to hold it down on the mic, now not so much. Shit one of the biggest hip-hop themed movies in “House Party”, battling/ freestyling was one of the main parts.
Does anyone recall jayz “blow the whistle”??!! where he makes an entire battle song ripping dude from the wizards?? So he will go on wax on a NBA player but not a fellow MC

@ princerudynasim
That “Blow the Whistle” point is official!
BUT for some reason JZ’s fans REFUSE to see these points about the situation. I find that aspect about JZ and his fans RIDICULOUS!
Copy and paste that point EVERYWHERE (I’m mad I didn’t type it out first! Lol!).

Beans is nice…..but I dont think anybody will be ever to demolish him like Nas did..that Ether ranks up there with Tupac’s Hit Em’ Up….he responded on a whole CD with help but none of that killed one song….I do think Beanie will definitely give Hov a run for his money, let’s face it, Beans and State Property brought the street cred to Rocafella. He got jabs that hit like a mack truck. I hope they can resolve this soon, but I don’t see Jay talking to him anytime soon. He’s too busy following Bey around as well he should, he’s a married man now. It would be a good time for them both to take some time off to make some babies before long he’s going to be too old to be running around behind some kids.

People confuse battling with beef. The competitive nature of Hip Hop was traditional expressed in the form of pitting one’s lyrical skills against another.Strictly keeping the competitiveness on wax.Lyrical showmanship&sportsmanship,it was nothing more nothing less.
It later evolved into diss records, where one had to rep their crew, hood, city and so forth. The ideal was always to lyrically humiliate your rival not end their career.
That’s not the case today,it wasn’t the case with Biggie& Tupac,Benzino& Em/50,Ja Rule&50 and Nas &Jay (almost got out of hand on part Jay’s).Recently Rawse & Fif.
Non of the tactics 50cent subscribes to can be justified as the traditional ‘competitive nature’ of Hip Hop.The moment a rap battle goes off wax it becomes ant-hip hop in my humble opinion.

aside from Biggie and pac( and who know what really happen) these beefs are mostly all on wax. A great artist will survive battles and continue their careers. Both pac and big if alive woulve have, Nas and Jay, Bean and Jada di, as well as countless others. The dudes who get ripped and disappear are the ones that get exposed and cant survive the game and deservingly exit the game. Ja Rule, Cannibus, benzino, probably Ross were not great overall artist thats why they cant rebound to imprint their legend onto the game.

You don’t get it do ya? Think Jeezy& gucci mane, somebody got killed.I’m referring to incidents where 50 got stabbed at a studio by ja rule’s people. When Benzino’s people took it to the streets with Em/50.And the numerous studio shootings over the recent years, the Lil kim situation comes to mind.
When rappers involve woman and kids it’s bound to get violent.I’m all for battling as long it’s on wax anything else hurts the game.

HE’S BEEN HOLDING IT DOWN FOR YEARS. AS FOR 50 I RENAMED HIS AZZ THE SUGE KNIGHT OF THE EAST COAST AKA DEBO…LOL I LIKE HIS AZZ BECAUSE HE IS LIKE ONE OF THE KIDS YOU GO TO SCHOOL WITH AND THEY STAY CRACKING JOKES IN CLASS OR AGGRAVATING THE HELL OUT OF SOMEONE. HIS BEATS IS WHAT KEEP ME LISTENING AND OF COURSE HIS HOOKS ALWAYS SEEM TO BE ON POINT. I AM MORE INTO HIS MIXTAPES/UNDERGROUND THAN ANYTHING ELSE, TO ME ONCE HE WENT MAINSTREAM IT WAS A WRAP THAT THURST CHANGED.

im so freekin glad somebody else said this. JAY been making street songs, have these peepo even heard “STREETS IS WATCHING” let alone the classic dvd that came with it and Beans wasnt in there at all BACK THEN. also like flex said with 50 “BEANS WAS ON JAY ALBUM IN 98″ so basically the bully had ample time to get his shit together. also when Beans was paying 5100 a month for those bently’s where does Beans or even Beans stans thank that money was coming from “JAY & DAME & BIGGS” Also how was Beans fat ass able to eat FOOD and i do mean FOOD and provide for his fam “j&d&b” So yall niggaz act like JAYZ owe this man anything, its getting to a point like Tony Yayo said “NIGGAZ LIKE FIF AND JAY GOT SNIPER MONEY” maybe Beans trouble making ass wanna find out for a quick second on what a SNIPER bullet feels like b4 he starts screaming to Jesus “PLEEZ DONT TAKE MY LIFE, IM SORRY 4 THIS DRAMA”
the big picture is JAY dont owe him shit, 50 made his money and paid back em, dre and jimmy, how fat ass beans cant do the same. JAY doesnt owe him shit!
I WISH JAYZ WOULD MAKE A SPILT VIDEO FOR HIS SONGS “WHAT WE TALKIN BOUT” & “ON 2 DA NEXT 1″ and dedicate that shit to 50 shit talkin ass and Beans shit talkin ass, them dudes are lame, street, but street lame niggaz.
