Kendrick Lamar’s surprise EP untitled unmastered. kinda eclipsed everything last week, but hopefully Bas’s new project Too High to Riot didn’t slip under your radar. “Night Job,” the clear standout off the Dreamvillain’s sophomore set, gets a nocturnal visual makeover which finds Bas and J. As an added bonus, listen to Bas’ in-depth interview on A Waste of Time With ItsTheReal:

Celebrating the release of his new album Too High to Riot, Bas stopped by the Upper West Side to guest on this week’s A Waste of Time with ItsTheReal. We discussed getting drunk and speaking French, dropping out of college, and spending two years on the road solely recording out of Bathrobe Studios. Bas talked about his creative collective the Fiends, playing FIFA on tour with Drake, and the many times he waited in line to get Nike SB Dunks. Also joining us this week is Bas’ brother and J. Cole’s manager, Ib Hamad, who provides great insight into the Dreamville deal with Interscope and for the fourth week in a row, provides us with a story from Puffy’s Miami mansion.
