sounds like a humble dude, time and money will tell.Comparing these MCs is like sayin DMX and Ja rule are simular, but when you listen to them lyrically, they couldn’t be any more different.
God I want to slap people who say Em and Asher are alike. Yeah they are both white rappers and kind of sound alike. But once they open their mouths, they are two different entities. OPEN YOUR FREAKING EARS PEOPLE!
with rappers like rick ross, 50 cent, and lil wayne going out to make themselves appear has gun toting gangstas from the hood when they are far from it, its refreshing to see some one whose rhymes a normal person can relate to, mainly because Asher roth is not making him self out to be anyone or anything other then himself.
I absolutely love this kid I don’t know em from a hole in the wall but judging from the good vibes in this interview he seems to have a very level head and alot of important stuff to say beyond I love college I hope he has a good long career so that he may do so. I just got the album its a pretty good debut not perfect but a great start and I see where the Em comparisons come from but what’s you here his music the differences are clearly apparent
the comparison is stupid but funny! because they are white and that other saying that all black people look alike!! seriously they have 2 different but likable styles. Asher raps about having fun in college with some thought provoking lyrics. Eminem came out rapping about his family issues and throwing him mum under the bus but also thought provoking! ive never been the biggest Em fan, ill give Asher a shot, anything to do away with that Ross character!

Yeah he reminds me of the skater kids at the bus stop. Might check it out being a whiter than white dude myself.
