A$AP Ferg Signs Solo Deal with Polo Grounds Music/RCA Records
Posted by Mikey Fresh under new music[3] Comments
A big congrats goes to A$AP Ferg for his new solo deal with Polo Grounds Music/RCA Records. The mob is already signed to the label through their sublabel A$AP Worldwide, but Ferg now has his own deal for solo material as well. If you been paying attention his “Work” record was the crowd favorite throughout 2012. The song was also added to the rotation on Hot97 and other majors across the country. Polo Grounds confirmed the signing in a new press release.
“I’m just proud right now because this is everything we wished and hoped for,” commented Rocky on Ferg’s signing. “A$AP Ferg worked hard for this and I put all my faith and backing into him. I feel like ‘Work’ is our generation’s “Sippin On Some Syrup” [Three 6 Mafia feat. UGK] or “Chickenhead” [Project Pat feat. La Chat & Three 6 Mafia], it has that feeling.”
Listen to his solo cuts after the jump…

I’m trying really hard to understand the hype around this dude and I can’t, I like ASAP Ant’s songs more than this dude. He sounds like the lost Flatbush Zombie member. Getting tired of trap music.
