I luv Em, and i luv Maino both as artists in their own right bcuz what they do is ALWAYS them and no one else’s forced hand. But damn, Maino song actually strikes me as a better song, but Em’s as a better anthem (is that possible). Fuck it Em should put Maino on the remix just for good measures. Obviously the lyrics will be different but they both attribute great emotion and it’d be dope.

Rappers use producers beats for FREE all the time, while producers play the “waiting game” and eventually hear there music on the rappers newest FREE mixtape. If Maino didn’t cut a fcuk’n check for the beat yet then he doesn’t own shat. (mixtape=FREE=no check=no food).
BTW, I like Maino’s version better but Eminem’s is good also.

I find it somewhat disrespectful of Boi1da to give this to both artists, especially after doing it already with Forever. Whatever.
Although, I prefer Eminem as a rapper, I find Maino more appropriate on this beat sonically. His voice works better for me and he got someone else singing on it.
Not sure whats worse though, Ems singing or Autotune.
edit: I never thought I would say this. Ever. But I prefer the autotuned Maino song. Yeah, I said it.

I don’t know where y’all comin from with these comments. Only thing anyone wants to talk about is the hook and the beat. Now, noones gonna say that isnt important, but “sonically” matching the beat doesnt hold a paper candle to lyrical genius.
Maino sounds “sonic” for sure, as in 8 bit in Em’s HD world. If your a hook listener, then maybe 8 bits your game. If your past the hook, well, you probably dont duck hunt anymore.

Lyrical content is important to the song but its not an excuse to half ass the rest of the track. Im not gonna just judge the lyrics. Im lookin at the whole song in total. Maino lyrically was average as usual. Chorus was a Plus. Em lyrically was nice but the chorus and his whining makes it hard to enjoy the entire song. Not a Maino supporter.. A hip-hop supporter.

In no way shape form or fassion is Maino’s verses better than EM’s. I like his hook better. But no way did he win in rhymes. I don’t disagree with a rapper singing/harmonizing on a track or doing their own hooks but in this case I didn’t care for the way EM did his. Who fit the song better? I don’t know about that one. The beat haves too much of an inspirational feel to it. Kinda makes me sick to my stomach lol.

I think they should release joint singles with the same beat. I think it would be great for both of them actually. Esp for Maino….I dont feel it would be a good idea for maino to dump that single..because it fits him perfectly. Hell they should even do remixes for both songs and feature each other. I agree that the beat fits Maino’s style more, but I just cant deny Em’s flow and lyrical ability even over a beat like this.

Are any of you even listening to the lyrics? There is absolutely no way that you could say Maino did better on this track. He shouldn’t even be in the same discussion as Em. Yes, Eminem can’t sing, so the chorus may be slightly better for Maino but the majority of the song is verses and Eminem KILLED his.
