Beyoncé takes fans behind the scenes at her recent ’4 Intimate Nights with Beyonce’ performances at the Roseland Ballroom (MissInfo went to night 1, which you can read about here.) Part 1 introduces key players in her circle, such as her production manager, her guitarist, her music director, and even venue security.

Her music director, Kim, said of the project, “I think the challenge of it is to be able to present your whole album as it’s own concert, as it’s own piece. I think this is a great way to educate the people about what this album means to her. It’s for her, it’s for the fans, it’s for everybody.”
