Amy Winehouse’s concert in Belgrade was supposed to be her triumphant return to the stage. Instead, the troubled star stumbled on stage, mumbling through songs…disappointing fans and eliciting boos in the process. This behavior is nothing new but after checking out of rehab on June 2, everyone had hoped Winehouse was finally ready to get back to music.

Not surprisingly, Winehouse reps say she’s canceling all future tour dates until July 8: “…She has agreed with management that she cannot perform to the best of her ability and will return home. She would like to apologize to fans expecting to see her at the shows but feels that this is the right thing to do.“

These video clips from Amy’s delirious performance that Gabz collected are almost unwatchable. You can tell she has absolutely no clue where she is, what is expected of her, even the natural human instinct to flee is gone. She keeps hugging the band, who look horrified and helpless. At one point she sits on a speaker with her back to the crowd. But she also smiles as if nothing is off.
Winehouse’s management reportedly banned alcohol on every floor of the Belgrade Hyatt they stayed in. And Tuborg festival organizers say the singer arrived on time for her performance, but got onstage an hour late. So somewhere in between, Amy must have gotten a hold of some really strong drink or drugs.
Canceling shows for 2.5 weeks is ridiculous! What is that gonna do? Maybe she’ll be just clean enough to prop onstage and collect her checks…but at what cost?

Check out those boos at the 0:45 seconds mark! Her fans were not happy…She doesn’t even bother singing “Back to Black,” instead just speaking the words.

Amy Winehouse performs the ironically titled “Addicted.” At the 0:51 mark she admits, “I can’t remember the words!” Then just stands with her arms crossed while her poor backing singers try to pick up the slack.


Amy spends the majority of “Just Friends” hugging her band members who encourage her to get back to performing, then turns her back to fans as she finally begins the song.
