After sitting down with ScHoolboy Q yesterday, Montreality track down fellow TDE rapper Ab-Soul for their latest interview. The Black Lip Pastor discusses his long-awaited Longterm Mentality 3 project (“when I feel like I can honestly tell this story of the rich and famous, that’s when you’ll get Longterm 3“), Kendrick Lamar’s DAMN., which he feels is a return to his K.Dot roots, and his views on gender equality. “The woman is very powerful; we wouldn’t be here without the woman,” he says. “My girlfriend Yaris Sanchez, she’s a big feminist and I’m just trying to support that cause.”

Solo also echoed Q’s sentiments about the rumored Black Hippy album, saying, “we all have our own personal goals that we have to reach. Me personally, I still have a lot to ground to cover before I can think about putting together a group album.” Forget about it, people.
