50 Cent’s Angola vacation slide show…..err….chain-snatching video

So those diabolical deviants from Thisis50.com posted some behind the scenes footage from 50’s Angola trip….and of course the concert where that youngster snatched 50’s chain off his neck, causing Fif to dive into the audience after him.
Gives you a feeling for the absolute chaos going on at that show. Folks trying to climb onstage, the kid who ran from the back to get to 50, the yellow-jacketed security team kicking concertgoers in the face, people throwing things….all that.
But watching this over, I have a theory about the chain-snatching that doesnt jibe with the news coverage. Doesn’t seem like a robbery-attempt at all…..I’m not sure, but I’ll try to track down Fif and ask him myself and report back to you….to be continued.

thats what i was thinking info-i don’t think that dude went up there to rob fif,i think he wanted a hug or some shit.its just that he ran up on him from the side and 50’s natural reaction was to push him off.during which time the angolian grabbed onto the chain so he wont bust his ass off the stage and what happend happend.50 went into that crowd on some batman returns type shit.lol.
watch this footage will get millions of views on youtube.a classic hip hop moment right here!

Angola is crazy!! You gotta respect Fif though. While Hov & Ye’ are performing a normal concert venues, who else but Fiddy would go to a third world country & give them a show. This clip just reaffirms how relevant Fifty is and how irrelevant most of these other rappers are. I’m looking at You, Fat Joe.

Looking at that footage – it’s a miracle that guy escaped unscathed.

Those security guards really earned their money that night. Anybody who’s ever been to a third world country will not be surprised by this video.
I have to give 50 respect for being humble enough to walk amongst the people where most western people, famous or not, would not.
50 and the rest of the Unit knew what they were getting into. I’m sure they were advised not to carry much cash or wear any jewelry that they would mind losing. Notice no one from G-Unit rocking any chains after they arrive in Angola, besides when they’re not in public. Notice Whoo Kid’s chain tucked on the ride after leaving the airport. 50 is a smart man, I’m sure he picked one of his “throw-aways” to wear that night for that show, as was previously surmised.
All Americans, rich and poor, should visit a third world country at least once to get a perspective of what it’s like to really have nothing. At least there’s public assistance here. I’ll spare you the sermon …

Some poor people in Africa will not
hesitate to take your chain – no matter who
you are. Even if you have a gun sombody
might still be brave enough to try.
In ref to Hov, I believe he did do a show
in Africa. He went to Angola, South Africa
and also had partnered with the United
Nations. A documentary was shot on it.

“In Angola, Jay-Z helped a schoolgirl lug a
20-liter container of water to the one-room
shack she shares with six family members.”
Now that’s real!

dude ran up on 50, snatched the chain, and was out. if that wasn’t a robbery, i don’t know what is. you have to give it up for 50 though, he kept an eye on dude and was right after him… in a crown of damn near a million rowdy africans, that’s just crazy. he’s lucky all hell didn’t break loose.

I agree Miss Info. I didnt think it looked like a robbery attempt at all. Looked like he wanted a hug, dap or something and fif pushed him back and the guy fell back and accidently grabbed fif’s chain on the way down.
