I agree with the curly munkey! Jay-z didnt really address the issues at hand. Beans said he doesnt feel like Jay-z owes him anything.
Beans was just responding to Jay-z dissing them on BP3.
Why is everyone attacking Beans and not bringing up the fact that Jay-z started this???!!?? He didnt have to make the comments he made on BP3. Especially if he’s too much of a coward to have this conversation with Beans and say these things to his face. GTFOH
It amazes me…Whenever anyone calls out anything Jay-z does his fans defend him with the fact that he’s rich and it’s all in the name of business. I dont think 50 is sensitive about anything.. But true story, why hasn’t Jay worked with any successful artist from NY? Why can there only be Jay-Z in New York??

Back on the BS I see, question that you will never have an intelligent answer for is, if Defjam bought all Jay-Z’s albums when does that equate to profit. Don’t talk about shows because people don’t go to shows to see artists that they would never buy their music. What is the point of investing millions of dollars on an artist no one cares about? And how do you explain Jay-Z having to buy his own album for $5mil if the music is not worth anything?
People act like Jay-Z is a new artist and copied his this and that ones style e.t.c these claims come from people who don’t understand the hip-hop culture of how artists influence each other. Producers influence each other and sample each others records when it’s done correctly it’s called art and Jay does all of that and makes classic hits just like Biggie did and the people that came before him.
Thats why Biggie wanted to form a group that consisted with him and Jay-Z because he knew together they would be unstoppable. Don’t get it twisted Jigga does put that work in. When you claim Jay is the worst kind of hustler and he’s the richest rapper in history what school did you go to? Your claiming he learned how to do business from people he has more money than when they have all combined.
If Jay copies whats hot so why didn’t he get on autotune? Why does he get artists like Lil Wayne and Drake thanking him for his influence. Even 50 says it, you can’t take nothing away from the contribution that Jay-Z has made to hip-hop, you have Cam’ron showing him respect for the business deals and Beans himself saying Jay-Z did exactly what he was supposed to do in hip-hop. DMX too says he’s a great rapper, Joe Budden, Drake, Weezy, KRS one, Rakim, Nas so what the hell are you talkin about? Jay-Z as a rapper has the respect of damn near all his peers.
The beef here is business and not what Jay brings to the game as an artist, if you don’t like Jay-Z’s music cool, but stop talkin sh!t son, it’s about Jay-Z as a businessman thats the topic of discussion.
If Jay-Z is supposed to feature on all his artists lead singles what is the point of signing them if they can’t stand on their own 2 feet.
Hip-hop never embraced or appreciated Beans like he would have liked them to, that’s not Jay’s fault.
He shouldn’t have signed the contract if he didn’t want to honor it.
Beans bit off more than he could chew, he wasn’t able to deal with the pressure of running a label and clothing line so I understand his drug abuse and his frustration as to why things went the way they did, it happens in every business Beans not just hip-hop some risks pay off some don’t.

This is an interview that Jay did back in the day talking about some of the silly accusations people make in regards to his style and a history on Rocafella what started off as a Dame managing Jay-Z as an artist led to them getting funds to start Rocafella after selling Jay-Z mixtapes amd becoming PARTNERS!!! Beanie Sigel is “crying” (responding) to the disparaging remarks Jay-z made about him and state property on BP3.
Why would Jay-z make negative comments about Beans, or anyone from State Property for that matter on wax, but not even be man enough to face them and tell them he’s moving on…Why and everything else?

And the situation is not the same, Buck had his time he shined and he can still shine, went on tours all over the world and got paid 4 real. its impossible to pick up the phone and just call the feds and they arrive within the hour just to escort someone out of a concert. For someone to be so loyal as Beans claims why would he do a song with r kelly knowing his man was being sued by him and his other man has charges brought against him. Bottom line is its their problem and they need to deal with it. However, many people would kill to be in beans position and he f**k*d up. We as a people need to learn to stop with the keeping it real and realize its more important that you take care of your family and position yourself to provide for your kids, grand kids and so forth.

Now im not disputing the fact that Beans has SOME kinda legitimate grievance with HOV…but this whole thing is looking very suspect…For example, Beans claims he never recieved NOT 1 LETTER from Jay, but if u watch BEEF PT. 4…he clearly states that HOV SENT HIM A LETTER THAT WAS TYPED AND HE DIDNT LIKE IT BCUZ IT WASNT HANDWRITTEN!!!….hmmmm….also the timing of this also makes me wonder….like how 50 has been going in on hov lately,claiming hov did his artists dirty,etc…and Beans comes out the blu with this,AND makes DAMN sure to make 50 look good in ALMOST EVERY interview he has about this (jay didnt push his artists like 50 did with G-Unit blah, blah…) Just makes me say hmmmm…lol oh and 4 the confused ppl. living in the sticks is the OPPOSITE of living in the hood.
