The 2014 BET Hip-Hop Awards made their television network debut on Tuesday night. Hosted by Snoop Dogg, one of the highlights of the ninth show as with every year were the rap cyphers. The six cyphers this year featured the likes of Wiz Khalifa, Juicy J, David Banner, Troy Ave, Ty Dolla $ign, G-Eazy, Kevin Gates, Lil’ Mama, Loaded Lux, Remy Ma and Papoose, Logic, and Murda Mook, who stole the show including a lyrical shot at Drake.

“King of battle rap, comfortable in first place/ Here, finish line is all mine, heard Drake?/ How you flashbackin’ to actin’, it’s real here/ Cripple your career, put it back in a wheelchair/ Get killed here/ Ain’t no chill here/ My demeanor/ Don’t play the field here/ De-gras-si, it ain’t greener.”
