It’s that time of the year when D.C. is the focus of music for Howard University’s annual homecoming weekend. Things kicked off on Friday for Howard’s “Yardfest” concert headlined by 2 Chainz. Tity Boi pulled a surprise on stage as Drake joined him to perform “No Lie,” Drizzy ended his appearance by doing his Take Care single, “HYFR.”

Meek Mill was another performer on the bill, and though the rain started falling hard the Philly MC kept the show going. Those who braved the bad weather were treated to another surprise as T.I. joined his one-time protege to perform “Bring ‘Em Out.”
